Start Your Return
Log in to your Google Store order history, select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to generate your RMA and shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items including all original accessories, and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
