The ZeeVee STBi3-NA is a North American model of the  ZyPer4K, a flexible IP and Broadcast Set Top Box Decoder. It is designed to decode digital RF content over coax and H.264/H.265 video streams distributed over an IP network, outputting the content to an HDMI display.
