Overview

The Tektronix TRCP0600 is an AC-only Rogowski current probe designed for measuring alternating currents up to 600 A peak with a bandwidth of DC 12 Hz to 30 MHz. It features a thin, flexible coil that allows for easy connection to awkwardly shaped or hard-to-reach test points, such as bus bars or the legs of small integrated circuits like MOSFETs and IGBTs.
