The Tektronix TPP1000 is a high-bandwidth 1 GHz passive voltage probe designed for use with Tektronix oscilloscopes featuring the TekVPI™ interface. It provides high-speed performance comparable to active probes with a 10X attenuation factor and exceptionally low capacitive loading of less than 3.9 pF.
