The Tektronix TDP7706 is a high-performance, 6 GHz TriMode Differential Probe used with real-time oscilloscopes for accurately measuring high-speed signals. Its unique "TriMode" functionality allows engineers to switch between differential, single-ended A, single-ended B, and common mode measurements without physically moving the probe connection points on the circuit board.
