The Tektronix TDP1000 is a 500MHz, high-voltage differential oscilloscope probe designed for safely and accurately making floating or isolated measurements in high-speed digital systems and power supply designs. It connects directly to Tektronix oscilloscopes with the TekVPI™ interface, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
